Stephen Freedman, senior vice president, joined the TDC Group in 1987. He now directs the day-to-day operations of Professional Underwriters Liability Insurance Company and PULIC Insurance Services. With over 20 years of experience in all facets of underwriting, claims, business development, finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance, as well as operational and strategic planning functions, Mr. Freedman has been key to our continued success.

Mr. Freedman graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Economics. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and a licensed property/casualty broker in California and Utah.

Cheri A. Priddy, RPLU, vice president of Underwriting, has more than 23 years of medical malpractice professional liability insurance experience, with a solid background in developing specialized programs for health care professionals. Applying her extensive underwriting knowledge and experience, she can tailor coverage to meet the changing professional liability needs.

Ms. Priddy has achieved the designation of Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU). The RPLU Program, which is sponsored by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, provides comprehensive training in the professional liability underwriting field.

Shannon Micevych, vice president of Claims, has more than 25 years of experience working with physicians on medical malpractice insurance claims. She provides exceptional results in managing and defending claims for our insureds.

Ms. Micevych joined us in 1989. She has a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University in Minnesota.
